Why Believer’s Baptism Is Acceptable?

Here are six reasons why a believer should be baptized:

1) It is the counsel of God. Luke 7:30

2) It is the command of the Lord Jesus Christ. This should settle it, and His command has never been rescinded and is still in force. Mat. 28:19

3) It is an example set by the Lord Jesus Christ himself.

4) It is the Apostolic teaching throughout the book of Acts, the new converts were immediately baptized in water.

5) It is taught in the doctrinal epistle of Paul. Romans 6:3,4,5; I Cor. 1:14,15,16,17

6) It was the practice of the early Church of 300 years before doctrinal error corrupted its meaning.
